Artifacts are professionally packed to ensure protection during transit. Packaging methods are selected based on the specific needs of each item.
Orders are typically prepared for shipment promptly and shipped within one business day, though handling time may vary depending on the nature of the artifact.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping
- U.S. shipping is included for items shipped directly by us and most of our partner collectors. Some Pro Collectors manage shipping independently; any applicable shipping costs are always shown before purchase. All Pro Collector listings are reviewed to ensure fair and reasonable shipping practices.

🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available for select items.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require additional postage.
📦 Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If an artifact arrives damaged or if an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so the issue can be evaluated and resolved appropriately.
