All artifacts are carefully reviewed, documented, and described prior to listing. Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery, provided the artifact is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Return shipping is a case-by-case basis.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your artifact upon delivery. If an artifact arrives damaged or materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
💳 Refunds
Approved returns may be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method.
Returns approved within 30 days of delivery will be eligible for refund to the original payment method. Returns approved after 30 days are issued as store credit.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless a return is approved due to damage or material misrepresentation.
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
Custom or special-order artifacts and gift cards are not eligible for return.
